I moved to Fort Collins, Colorado 24 years ago with my husband Leo and have loved it here ever since. I graduated in 1983 from USU with a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and a minor in Business Administration. I believe in the POWER of marketing. I always develop a unique marketing plan for each listing and feel this is the key to quick sell along with an aggressive closing price. Leo and I are having fun raising 3 children who are Melissa 20, Anna 16 and Ryan 14. I have a great time selling real estate and have been doing it since 1996!
